You have not completed the required steps to apply for NeighborhoodLIFT down payment assistance. In order to apply, you must:

1- Complete eight hours of homebuyer education from an agency that is approved for the NeighborhoodLIFT program. Click Here for homebuyer education provider list.

2- Get a pre-approval for a first mortgage from an approved NeighborhoodLIFT lender. Click Here for lenders list.

3- Meet the income requirements for the program – View income limits here  Click Here to view income limits.

If all funds have been reserved before you complete the steps above, check this web page beginning each Monday at 9:00 a.m. Pacific time. We will post funds at this time each week if/when they are available.
