If you do not have an account with CHDC, follow the steps below to request funds. You may use this document to see a screen shot of each step:
1- Visit chdc.force.com/chdccft
2- Click the “Sign Up Now” button.
3- Expand the “NeighborhoodLIFT Request” section by clicking the arrow.
4- Click the check box next to “Have you completed eight hours of homebuyer education and have a first mortgage pre-approval from a NeighborhoodLIFT approved lender? Does all borrower income fall below the limits in the area you wish to purchase? If yes, you might be eligible for the NeighborhoodLIFT program.”
5- Choose the primary area in which you are looking to purchase a property from the dropdown menu.
6- Select any other areas you are interested in purchasing by clicking the options under “Available Areas.” It will move them to “Selected Areas.”
7- If you wish to receive your lending specific documents electronically, please check the “I agree to the Consent to Receive Documents Electronically” check box.
8- Hit the “Continue” button.
9- Fill in the fields first name, last name, email address, phone number and how you heard about us.
10- Click the “Create Account” button.
11- You will receive an email to confirm your account. Check your email and click the “Confirm Account” link in the email.
12- The link will take you to a screen to create your password. Enter a password and hit the “Set Password” button.
13- Click on “My Profile” at the top of the page. Ensure the information listed under “My Account” is correct.
14- Click on “My Services Summary” under “My Profile.” Expand the “NeighborhoodLIFT Interest” section and fill out the required fields. Hit “Save Section.”
15- You will receive an email when your request for NeighborhoodLIFT funds is received. If you do not receive this email, your request has not been submitted.
